עד עכשיו, הסכין עדיין עומדת בהבטחות מכל הבחינות. אני שמח להיות מופתע מכמה חדה ועד כמה היא שומרת על החדות שלה לאחר שהשחזתי אותה פעמיים או שלוש.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
