Hasta ahora, todo perfecto. El cuchillo sigue cumpliendo con todas sus promesas. Estoy satisfecho con lo afilado que está y lo bien que se mantiene su filo después de haberlo afilado 2 o 3 veces.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
