Până acum, cuțitul își respectă promisiunile în toate privințele. Mă bucur că mă poate surprinde cât de ascuțit este și cât de bine i se menține tăișul după ce a fost ascuțit de 2 sau 3 ori.
Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

Modul de fabricare al cuțitului este de generație următoare. Îmi place maxim. De fapt, am scăpat de cuțitele mele de bucătărie obișnuite și îl folosesc doar pe cel comandat. Și lucrările de service au fost excelente și eficiente.
The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
