Finora, il coltello mantiene ancora le sue promesse sotto ogni aspetto. Sono felice di essere sorpreso da quanto sia affilato e da quanto mantenga bene il filo dopo averlo affilato 2 o 3 volte.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

La produzione del coltello è di un livello superiore. Lo adoro. In realtà mi sono sbarazzato dei miei soliti coltelli da cucina e uso solo quello che ho ordinato. Anche il servizio è stato eccellente ed efficiente.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
